Bob built the idea for this business on passion for those served by nonprofits. Early experience was as Peace Corps Volunteer in Micronesia, followed by collegiate enrollment management, and several years overseas in training and management roles. "In order to be successful, a search has to meet the needs of both the applicant and the employer, and we advocate for both in our process-driven approach to executive search." Bob earned an MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University (Chicago) and A.B. in History from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass.

Mary Jane Wilkie

Mary Jane has had multiple careers, including recruiting and assessing candidates for the nonprofit world, corporate sales and marketing, education, and translation. Part of the Evergreen team since 2001, she is an experienced interviewer, creating narratives that give search committees a comprehensive understanding of each candidate's abilities and accomplishments. She has published Courageous Job-Hunting, or how to be yourself while selling yourself, a guide for young professionals wrestling with a career choice or a career change (available on amazon.com). Mary Jane's avocations include choral singing internationally, and the piano. She earned a Master's degree in Musicology from Brooklyn College, a Master's in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and BA in Spanish and French from the University of Texas/Austin. She was a Fulbright scholar in South America.

Anne Marie is in her 14th year with Evergreen and brings expertise in research and applicant sourcing, as well as general administrative ability to the organization. Her keen eye for detail, expert navigation of online sourcing resources, and generosity of spirit are indispensible to Evergreen's success. Her prior work experience was in higher education administrative support. She earned a B.A. (Honors) in History from Huron College, Ontario. Her greatest passion is travel, especially exploring in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. She currently resides in Calgary, Alberta following years in Morristown, NJ and Chicago.
