Will lead Programming, Outdoor/Property, Product Program/Retail, Marketing/Communications and Member Services teams. This executive-level supervisory position will support and implement the Council's mission, strategic plan, annual operating plans and budgets for all aspects of operations. The COO will also be responsible for internal operations, ensuring that programs align with GSHPA's strategic plan and are focused on success, improving marketing and communications regarding Girl Scouts, and overseeing Member Services.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related area, as well as at least five years of management/supervisory experience of at least 12 direct or indirect reports, experience in developing and managing budgets of at least $250,000 (excluding personnel costs), and experience in property management. To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to execute organization-wide messaging, strong communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and high proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom). Previous experience with CRM platforms is preferred, but not required.

This full-time position will be compensated in the pay range of $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
