Provides strong leadership to the Council's membership team. This executive-level supervisory position will support and implement the Council's mission, strategic plan, annual operating plans, and budgets for all aspects of membership and volunteer support. The CMO will also be responsible for developing Girl Scouts membership strategies for both girls and adults in the GSHPA 30-county footprint, with the goals of both managing and growing the member/volunteer base and improving member/volunteer experiences and engagement.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related area, as well as at least five years of management/supervisory experience of at least 12 direct or indirect reports and experience in developing and managing budgets of at least $250,000 (excluding personnel costs). To be successful in this role, you will need strong client/membership recruiting and retention numbers, strong communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills and high proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms (Teams,Zoom). Previous experience with CRM platforms is preferred but not required.

This full-time position will be compensated in the pay range of $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
